Mainland Minerals - Timaru Fertiliser Blending and Bagging Plant   This gravity pallet conveyor consists of two tracks, each 250mm wide and a total of 9.6m long, using 50mm galvanised rollers at 64 pitch.  It allows for 2 empty pallet/bag spaces at the infeed end.  The pallets can be simply pushed sideways to the first filling station; once the required weight is reached the pallet rolls along to 2 x spaces to the second filling station.  The spaces allow for accumulation and as a buffer zone.  Once at the second filling station, product is added and the pallet is rolled sideways to final filling station.  1 x pallet spaces available here, then to end of conveyor.  The Pallet Conveyor can be extended at any time to allow more accumulation.  Weigh stations are included under the filling points and leveled to ensure smooth and seamless pallet handling.
