OPERATION:
NB:Zones relative to SCC number.
Zone 1 is the only zone that requires two sensors. One sensor is to initiate
entry and the other to terminate operation.
IF sensor 3 is clear when box 1 gets to sensor 2 THEN it may progress to zone
2.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
Zone 1’s initiation sensor may be sustituted for a signal from the
up-stream conveyor\operation. If automatic exit is required, zone 3
may be signaled from the down-stream conveyor\operation to allow
box 3 to progress.
Although a plc is not necessary to achieve any of the outlined
operation, allowance has been made to switch the SCC’s through
additional 1/0 inputs. In this situation a PLC may be used.
Whether it be a PLC or manual switching using these inputs will
achieve:
Releasing the braking system (becomming gravity)
Overriding the accumulation
Overriding the accumulation and reversing the drive
